Shipping policy

We ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Orders placed on Friday will ship on Monday. Within a few minutes of placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has shipped and is with the carrier you will receive an email with tracking information. Once the shipment is with the carrier I cannot be held responsible for their timeline. 

I offer a range of shipping options noted at checkout. All of these shipping options depend on how close you are to our manufacturer in Montreal, QC, Canada. 

Pricing receipts are never included in our shipments in the event that the item is a gift.

International Shipping: Payment of any VAT or additional customs/import taxes is the responsibility of the buyer.
